1. A soft-sell is not being too aggresive when selling, but making a more soft approach.
2. Suggestion selling is so important to increase sales and profits.
3. Suggestion selling is suggesting things to go with what you ahve bought, and upselling is when you try to suggest something that compliments the product or maybe is a different product but it is more expensive.

1.when he talks about soft selling when doing suggestion selling is when you get a cutomer to buy a product you should soft sell and tell them an accecorie looks good with it.

1. when he was talking about sof selling he meant that when you are trying to sell something to a customer you shouldnt pursh or be aggresive when trying to sell and during the closing try to make conversation and not be pushy about getting the cutsomer to buy a product.
2. suggestion selling is important becasue when you are talking to the customer you can suggest items that the customer might like to get while buying another product. this will get customers to buy more things.
3. suggestion selling is when you suggest an item that the customer might like to purchase while buying another product. and upselling is when the salesperson tells you that one product will be better than the product that the customer is already looking at.
4. I think suggestion selling has value to the customers becasue you can always buy it but you dont have to. it is nice to have something suggested that you might like becasue you might want it after the salesperson shows it to you or suggests it.

1.Soft selling b/c you are just making a suggestion and not reely pressuring the customer to buy it but you are making it sound reely good.
2. suggestion selling can make your money that you made increase by a lot. just by simply suggesting that the customer should buy THIS along w/ THAT product.

Suggestion selling is so important because of the amount of money that can be made by convincing a customer to purchase more items, which makes the overall payment more expensive.

Up selling is advertising a more expensive version of a product that would go with a product where as suggestion selling is a product that would compliment a purchase decision that has already been made.

I do think that suggestion selling has some value to the customer when there is a product that is suggested for them to buy,acually compliments thier first product decision.
